Luetkenhaus Properties was founded in 2004 by Bill Luetkenhaus. Just retired from 10 years of service in the Missouri House of Representatives, Bill brought his knowledge of state and county government, and excellent reputation to his new business. Bill also brought his dedication to integrity, honesty and hard work to Luetkenhaus Properties. It is a winning formula for our clients.

Luetkenhaus Properties is a leader in land sales, land development, investment, commercial and industrial property sales. We serve St. Charles, St. Louis, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Warren Counties. Because of Bill’s intricate knowledge of state and county government, he has been successful in completing very difficult deals for his clients. Luetkenhaus Properties also has expertise in 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
